Below is a message from Bob Staton.
Ok folks in Germany, let's think about a good location and get things rolling.

Greetings Freestylers Everywhere,
Get ready for AmJam2002 on Saturday, March 23rd....this is the Saturday
a week before Easter.

This is a concept inspired by Adam Hopkins of Texas. There are a lot of new
freestylers joining WFSA that are not ready for contests but want something
to do with other freestylers...if they can find them.
So, over the next few weeks I will be sending all of you lists of names and
emails for the other freestylers in your state, country, island or continent. With
this list, you can contact all the other freestylers in your geographical area and
start talking about getting together and finding a location for YOUR AmJam2002
freestyle session.

Adam, who is to young to drive, indicated that his parents can
drive him as far as 300 miles for a jam or contest. Others of you have
mentioned various but shorter distances, but most of you are with in range of a few
other freestylers so there should be a great turn out for this casual event. WFSA
will encourage any Pro's and top Am's in your area to drop in on your session!

The graphic I have sent you, as an attachment, will change to feature new
AmJam2002 sites and freestylers, as they come in...so what I need from those of you
that get your location and crew to gether, is a site address and a few pictures of your
friends freestyling along with their names and the city they are from, to put in the next
AmJam2002 graphic.
(Piece of cake.)
WFSA will produce a "Best of AmJam2002" video CD. So take pictures and
videos of your AmJam2002 session then send 'em to me.
$50. will be awarded, by a random drawing, to one of the AmJam2002 crews,
on Easter Sunday. Together, we can do this... learn a few things, make new friends, and have a
great time!

More later,

Bob Staton
President, WFSA
